ChatGPT Prompts I Actually Use to Grow My Business

Let AI back you up, not box you in.

Running a business is chaos on a good day. One moment I’m analysing ad performance, the next I’m writing a newsletter, then trying to understand why one product flopped and another took off. It’s a lot.

I get it. That’s why we built Nudge—and it’s also why I lean on tools like ChatGPT to take a bit of that load off.

Here are some real prompts I actually use to make better decisions, faster.

1. For Marketing: When I don’t know what’s working

Prompt: "Here’s a summary of my Facebook Ad data. Can you tell me which campaigns performed best and why? Also give me 3 recommendations for improving ROI."

Why this works: Instead of staring at your dashboard in confusion, you get smart direction—fast.

2. For Planning: When everything feels urgent

Prompt: "Here’s a list of 12 business tasks I need to get done. Can you rank them by impact and urgency?"

Why this works: Perfect for those of us spinning too many plates. This helps you zoom out and focus.

3. For Customers: When I want to know what people really think

Prompt: "Based on these 20 customer reviews, what are the main pain points and recurring themes?"

Why this works: AI is brilliant at pattern recognition. Use it to spot what your gut might miss.

4. For Content: When I need to write but my brain says no

Prompt: "Take this blog post and turn it into 3 social media captions in a casual, founder voice. Keep it engaging."

Why this works: You already said the smart thing. Let AI help you repurpose it, fast.

Bonus Prompt:

"Help me choose between these 3 growth strategies for my business in the USA. Give me pros and cons of each, and tell me which is most suitable for a small eCom brand based there."

Why this works: You get clarity without booking another call or reading 10 LinkedIn think-pieces.

Final thought:
